Reminder – The European Young Journalist Award

I was telling you a month ago about this journalism competition our colleagues from European Youth Press are organizing. Since the deadline is approaching, please note that not later than the 15th of March you should submitt your work in order to participate.

I’ll paste here the message our colleague Natasha from the EYP Office in Brussels has posted:

Deadline: 15th of March

The deadline is close, it is time to submit your article(s) for the European Young Journalist Award! www.eujournalist-award.eu

You are asked to submit an article about the enlargement of the European Union, giving it any angle you like – from serious and critical, to funny and original, anything goes.

This is a great opportunity for you to be recognized and to network in the media industry. All winners from the 35 countries involved will get a trip through the West Balkans, where they can meet the other winners and attend a final conference, together with high level media professionals and decision makers.

Entries can be written in one of the official EU languages or one of the languages of the candidate and potential candidate countries. Please remember that articles that have been published online can still run for the competition.
